ELG HOME products are designed to be assembled by you. That way, you save the most money. However, if you prefer, our professional crew will provide assembly service and all the assembly process will be completed in our warehouse before deliver to your doorstep. This is to avoid your unnecessary waiting time during the assembly process at your home. If you decided after bringing your products home that you need help with assembly after all, there will be a call-out charge of $20 per trip. We will help you complete the installation step in our warehouse and performing 1 to 1 exchange for your product. Please make sure to repack the item in original condition to assist the process. Thank you.How much does it cost?There is an assembly group price for each furniture unit so it is easy to calculate the total price of assembly. All furniture fall into one of the price groups: $5,$10, $15, $20 and $25Total fee is $20 per trip + Price Groups
If you do not receive your item within 14 days after order was placed. You may initiate the non-receipt claim process by email to our After Sales Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Staff will assist you the whole process. However, there will be a 90 days expired period for non-receipt claim, we are not responsible to any claim which was filed after 90 days of purchase date. To avoid this, please file the claim ASAP if you realized that your item was loss. Thank you!

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the description shown in our listing, we will provide refund of the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time and original condition with proof of purchase. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost , any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.
